Windows 10 is not much if any more demanding on hardware than Windows 7 was. Your big issue with Windows 10 is going to be the video chip. You have the venerable AMD Radeon HD 4200 which has spotty Windows 10 support:

I also note your laptop was standard with 2 gigs of memory and that will not provide a very good Windows 10 experience so I suggest 4 gigs which would be 2 x 2 gig modules of DDR2-800 SO-DIMM.
Likely Windows 7 is the optimal OS for that hardware so I would generally discourage the update but believe it can be done with pretty good results.
