Everyday, I get this notification in my laptop, what's the problem I can't understand. Please tell me the solution for this problem.

You have a problem with the Intel Optane memory.

 

Open the Intel RST software control to see what it indicates the problem is.


If the Optane memory is an integral part of the M.2 NVMe SSD, you will have to replace the drive.

 

I recommend you buy a standard NVMe SSD in its place.

 

If your notebook has a separate M.2 Optane memory module and a 2.5" mechanical hard drive, there could also be a problem with the hard drive.
