Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

my processor speed stuck @ .40 ghz it is same that happen to a previous user but the solution provider has sent him the personel message so i unable to get the solution.

i have freshly installed the os and upgraded the BIOS at the time of upgrading bios fan speed has increased but then fan is revovling at constant speed

video always glitch and web pages are also slow to load please post the solution as soon as possible if anyone knows because my work speed also get stuck.

i have furthur research about this topic and found that this happens due to starting of a service called BD PROCHOT and it throttles the cpu @ lower speed so that processor release lower amount of heat.this happens beacuse there is rust in heat sensor of motherboard which wrongly send the response that processor tempreature is high so that BD PROCHOT service become enable.

i reached the serviceman in nehru place he has just cleaned that rust of heat sensor and processor come to its normal condition its not a very big problem all you need is clean the inside of laptop through any serviceman.
