i find that my computer is slow with the processor it has fitted, Is there anyway I can upgrade my processor or if not can I have a better spec processor fitted, THe processor that is in is an AMD A6-9225 Radion R4 5 compute cores 2G+3G, Thanking you for your time ,

No, you can't replace CPU/Processor. You have to buy new motherboard with CPU and Windows because they are all on one piece of hardware called System Board.
