Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I am trying to source a replacement battery from reputable supplier for my HP Envy 13-ab008na, there appear to be a lot of sellers online but a large number have very negative feedback... would ideally like o purchase from HP but despite putting in serial number and all other identifying information it does not flag any options

 

Suggestions gratefully received

You are right. The only seller on amazon had a pretty bad record so I went to eBay and this seller has a fair record with lots of completed sales. I could not locate a genuine battery but you can obviously spend some more time looking using the HP Part number.
