Hi
I bought a HP laptop
Model # 15-FD1011CL
two weeks ago from Sam's club
The RAM is 16 gig DDR5
I know the two slots are filled but
can I increase RAM to 32 gigabytes by buying 2 new 16 gigabytes RAM and install them in the slots
or is it a soldered RAM and this RAM increase is impossible??

Yes, you should be able to install more. Please use the following way to find out the amount of RAM it supports
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
Note: To get to GB value, you simply divide the number to (1024 x 1024).
Regards.
