Microsoft Windows 11

Hey folks,

As the title suggests, I'm having issues with the port. I've had issues using the Oculus quest link for years now, and finally decided to solve it. It seems to stem from the oculus app suggesting my port is too slow and runs at USB 2.0... I checked on USB Device Tree Viewer which confirmed the port only supports 2.0.

The device manual online (https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-by-hp-15-dh0000-laptop-pc-series/26122167/model/29888434/d...) states that it should be running at 3.0?

Any help is hugely appreciated.

Warm regards,

M

@MikeMi

Did you have this problem when running Windows 10 ? Looks like you need a firmware but sorry, I can't find it for you, you have to wait and HP may release new one sometimes.

Regards.

Hi! Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately like I said, I've had this issue for a few years now - since I got the quest! I'm concerned the ports aren't working correctly.
