On October 2, 2022, I purchased a two-year extended warranty care pack along with my HP laptop on Amazon.

 

However, my request to register the extended warranty pack with one of HP's suppliers has been pending for more than a month. Their representative has consistently mentioned portal issues and has been urging for a refund, which I am not interested in.

 

In the meantime, my first-year warranty has expired.

 

I require your assistance with the following inquiries:

Question 1: Whom should I contact to escalate this matter and ensure the activation of my care pack?

Question 2: Does HP have established procedures to address customer concerns and ensure a fair resolution in situations like mine?

Question 3: If my laptop experiences technical issues, will it be covered under HP's warranty if I provide the purchase invoice for the care pack?
