Dear Sir/Madam,
I am reaching out to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent service experience I had with HP regarding my new HP laptop – an Intel Core i5 12th generation 1235U -15s-fq5329TU thin and light laptop that I made a purchase on Flipkart 5 months ago. My order ID is [Personal Information Removed], the order date was 30-03-2024, and the invoice number is [Personal Information Removed].
The issue I am facing is that the HP laptop suddenly powered off and now I am unable to turn it back on without any interference from my end.
The case details are as follows:
Case Number: [Personal Information Removed](Case ID)
Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed](Serial Number)
The HP engineer sent me an email stating that the issue would not be covered under the normal warranty.
I don’t know what the technical issue is, as there is no damage, breakage or scratches, and I haven’t opened the laptop.
This unexpected issue occurred in the new laptop without any interference from my end. I am feeling very disappointed. I expect that my concerns will be taken seriously and addressed as a matter of priority. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and Please consider covering this under warranty and provide the necessary help to the customers.
