@lotem Note: Please ensure the complete product name/number for a quicker response from the community, as we need to know what we are dealing with to provide an accurate solution: Click here for steps on finding the information we need!
Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
It all depends on which mouse you have, also, if this is an old mouse, it may not be compatible with the windows 10 OS, hence most features including a driver update may not be available, could you try pairing the mouse with an older device to check if it works? let me know how that pans out.

@lotem Thank you for the details, I looked up the driver page and it looks like this mouse is no supported by Windows 10, you could try installing the drivers for Windows 7 in compatibility mode, using the below steps, however, if that doesn't work, you will need to use a mouse that supports the Windows 10 OS.
- Right-click the driver you want to install and then select Properties.
- Select the Compatibility tab.
- Under Compatibility Mode, click Run this program in compatibility mode for:
- Click the down arrow and select the Windows version of the driver.
- Click OK.
- Install the driver.
I hope that answers your query,
