"We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product."

When I go to the software drivers page for my laptop I let it identify the product. When I select the identified product, the drivers page states "We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product". Why? This is happening on multiple browsers (FireFox, Edge, etc.)

Is this an issue with the HP support site? Or is it a problem with my laptop? How do I resolve this issue?

I was hoping to reinstall the various graphic drivers as I have a temprimental issue with a flickering screen. If you could link me them I would be very grateful.
