It's going to be very hard to find.

 

This would be a 4 GB memory chip that should work.

i found another ram A-Tech 8GB (2x4GB) DDR2 800MHz SODIMM PC2-6400 1.8V CL6 200-Pin Non-ECC Unbuffered Laptop RAM Memory Upgrade Kit  is it same ram or it isnt

Is it dual rank?

 

If this is the kit you see, I don't see where it indicates dual rank.

 

A-Tech 4GB DDR2 800MHz SODIMM PC2-6400 1.8V CL6 200-Pin Non-ECC Unbuffered Laptop RAM Memory Upgrade...

 

It does have the 8 little black memory chips on each side of the circuit board though.

 

That's a lot of money to spend!
