hi, i would like to know if this pc can support 16 GB ram and 1TB of ssd nvme. the user manual isn't very clear about that but it seems that it can support up to 12 gb of ram and 512 gb di ssd. the problem is that i saw a topic in the hp support forum where a expert said that there wasn't problem with 16 gb of ram and 1 tb di ssd.

Hi:
According to chapter 1 of the manual, the M.2 slot supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's.

The memory info can't be correct.
If you can install 8 GB of memory in one slot, you can install 8 GB of memory in both slots.
The Crucial memory/SSD report for your notebook confirms my opinions...16 GB of memory and both SATA and NVMe SSD's are supported.

yes but according to pag 10 of the same manual :
-Supports up to 12-GB of system memory in the momery section
-512gb PCIe, NVMe, value, M.2, solid-state drive in the storage section.
i saw crucial site too, and there it claims that it supports up to 2Tb of NVMe and 16 GB ram 8x2.
Now, where is the true?
