Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PRODUCT NAME  HP Notebook - 15q-dy0001au

PROCESSOR- AMD E2-9000e RADEON R2, 4 COMPUTE CORES 2C+2G 1.50 GHz

I want to know what is my maximum ram capacity(8gb?16gb?32gb?) 

I also would like to know if my laptop is single channel or dual channel

It only has ONE slot of RAM and supports 8GB max. No dual channel

but on the cmd prompt when i type with wmic memphysical get maxcapacity its comes 64gb after dividing 

if this is not my max ram capacity then tell me how can i find it ?

also could you provide me with a single channel ram link or name.
