Product: Notebook HP 470 G8 (3S9X7AV)

Hello, a customer asks me to expand the ram to 32GB on the HP 470 G8 notebook (no probook series), on the HP site it seems that the maximum is 16GB but the customer insists that on Amazon the seller has mounted 32GB of ram on the same computer several times

Hi,

The machine will actually support max 64 GB of DDR4 3200 Mhz RAM (2x32GB)

So, yes you can install 32GB (2x16GB). The HP service manual only mentions the max the notebook can be bought with.

Example of RAM (for the 450 G8 which is the same)

page 32 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM
