Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i want to upgrade the ram i my envy x360 notebook. It has 1 8Gb ram in it. It does not say in the manual if it has two slots in it. Can you upgrade the ram in it, and does it has 2 ram slots in it?

Thanks for any help,

Hi, Jan:

Below is the link to the crucial memory report for your model.

Crucial indicates, two memory slots, max is 16 GB per slot.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

The memory upgrade info and removal and replacement procedure can be found in this manual...

HP states the max is 2 x 8 GB per slot, but Crucial is almost always right with their specs.

Almost all notebooks with Intel 8th gen processors that have two memory slots can take 2 x 16 GB of memory.
