i have hp g245 g5 laptop and inside it there is 4gb ddr3 ram, there is one extra slot given for so i inserted another ddr3 ram. computer bios show 8gb ram now and computer itself show 8gb ram but it shows only 3.46gb is usable. both ram are perfectly compatible and slots are work. kindly help me.
