HELLO i HAVE A LAPTOP HP-bs617tu with  i have i3 processor 6006u 
it have installed ram samsung 4gb ddr4 2400t  by purchase


Now i want to upgrade ram to  8gb ddr4 2666mhz  
in the specs sheet it shows 6th generation  my laptop supports 2133 mhz 
Can i upgrade to 8gb 2666 mhz
or can i install m2 sata ssd  in avaliable m2 disk(suggest m2 sata disk )

Hi:

 

Yes, you can install a DDR4-2666 MHz memory chip along with the DDR4-2133 MHz memory chip.

 

The 2666 MHz memory will automatically bridge to 2133 MHz to match the speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
