Hi:

According to the HP specs for your notebook the memory is only going to run at 2666 MHz.

HP Laptop - 14s-cf3006tu Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

While DDR4-3200 MHz memory will work fine, it will only run at 2666 MHz.

Gaming memory normally doesn't work in a notebook like yours that uses standard memory.

The gaming memory has faster timings and your notebook's BIOS does not have any settings to adjust the memory timing/XMP profile.

So, there is a better than 50 - 50 chance the memory won't work.

I recommend you use standard memory with the standard timings for the DDR-3200 speed.

That would be a memory chip like this...

3200 MHz:

Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT8G4SFRA32A | Crucial IN

2666 MHz:

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2666 SODIMM | CT8G4SFRA266 | Crucial IN

I'd buy the DDR4-3200 memory if it costs the same or less than the 2666Mhz speed.
