Hello.
I'm going to upgrade RAM from standalone 16 GB to 64 GB. Which memory I could use manufactured by Samsung/kingston/Corsair VENGEANCE?
My laptop HP VICTUS 16-d1013nia (6K2J1EA)
Serial number: [personal info removed]
model 6k2j1ea#bh5
Thanks in advance.

Its specs
https://www.hp.com/emea_africa-en/products/laptops/product-details/2101325741
It has 16 GB DDR5 4800 DIMM now. You cn upgade to 64GB using compatible RAM such as https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr5/ct2k32g48c40s5/ct21325810
Regards.

AndreyGer, a lot of different companies provide compatible RAM for this laptop.
banhien EXPERT Level 20 suggested CRUCIAL because it's been tested for Victus 16-d1 and GUARANTEED to work. Kingston also has guaranteed memory for devices, you can see OFFICIALLY suggested RAM for your Victus here: Kingston Victus Laptop 16-d1xxx (DDR5)
As you can see, KVR (Value RAM) is not considered by Kingston as a GUARANTEED to work RAM, they suggest using KCP. The 32GB modules you're looking for can be seen here: KCP548SD8-32 and the KVR modules you suggested here: KVR48S40BD8-32. If you compare these two different RAM modules, they're identical. So KVR theoretically should work fine (according to its specs). However, it has been known on occasion to actually NOT be compatible. So for your laptop and the new DDR5, you should purchase either the Crucial or the KCP Kingston ones.

Hello @Banhlen
I bought recommended RAM https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr5/ct2k32g48c40s5/ct21325810 but my laptop doesn't work with it. I can see ony led on power button.
Should I upgrade firmware or anything else? Current bios is 04/20/2022 F.07
