You're very welcome.

You can try it but normally DDR3L-1600 memory won't go back two clocks.

Your notebook can only run memory at a max speed of 1066 MHz, and the DDR3-1600 memory usually only bridges to 1333 MHz.

It won't hurt anything if you want to try it.

In order to meet the DDR3 memory standard DDR3L (1.35V) memory has to run at 1.5V, but DDR3 1.5V memory will not run at 1.35V.

Your notebook runs the memory at 1.5V.

Hi:

Your notebook only supports 2 x 4 GB of memory.

A single 8 GB memory chip won't work.

Make sure you buy 4 GB memory chips that are no faster than DDR3-1333, is 1.5V and has 8 little black memory chips on each side of the circuit board, not 4.
