Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e1000 (53G39AV)

Hi, I just got a victus and as soon as I got it in my hands I realized the touchpad is very noisy. Even if I slightly touch it, especially the bottom, it makes rattling noise. I have 10 years old pavilion and even it does not that kind of sound. It's very annoying, is it something I need to worry about? should I ship it to the hp service?
