Hello, i recently bought Hp Victus gaming laptop 7N3S2UA#ABA. when i checked its specifications every thing was perfect as described but only the problem is with the ram speed. According to specifications by Hp this computer should have 16gb 3200mhz ddr4, but in my computer it shows 16gb 2667mhz. when i checked the device specifications in hp support assistant it shows both the solt has been used in which one slot contains 8gb 3200mhz and other contains 8gb 2667mhz. Is this a mistake by manufacturer? Pls consider my case.

Hi:
This is a peer-to-peer forum.
We do not work for or represent HP.
Based on the product number you posted, the notebook came from HP configured with 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 MHz memory.
I don't know where you bought the notebook from (it was sold for use in the USA, not the UAE).
All I can say is that someone sold the notebook with 16 GB of memory and yes, they used too slow of a memory chip in the second slot and that is gumming up the whole works.
You need to remove the DDR4-2666 MHz memory chip and install a DDR4-3200 MHz memory chip, so the notebook runs the memory at the correct speed.
Below is the link to the service manual:
