I want to remove the base enclosure in order to change the drive. I tried but i'am afraid that I don't know  in which place I have to put the stick or credit card  so that I can lift  the base. which is the better tool? the videos i Have seen didnt solve me the issue. thanks

When I did it I started the separation at the front edge nearest you as you see the picture of the laptop at p. 33 of the Manual

There are11 screws, have you removed them all ? The instruction say: Slide a nylon flake tool around the edge of the base enclosure to loosen it, taking care not to damage the internal clips. Lift the front edge to access the internal clips in the battery area.

thanks friend. do you mean introducing that tool in which side of the edge? below the pad? in the sides? or in the top?
