Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef2000 (771X2AV)

My laptop suddenly switched off mid use and wouldn't turn back on. Its under warranty so was collected for repair, The engineers are now claiming it has water damage when i know 100% no liquid has been anywhere near it. I'm now being charged for its repair, how do i get it reassessed or proof of what they are claiming to be "water damage",
