Hi  HP team

I need to replace my German QWERTZ KB on my HPx360-15 by a french AZERTY KB.

Would you be able to tell me where to order it please ?  For EU shipment.

Tks!

I get the feeling you think this is a simple replacement, but it is anything but. This is the part you need:

For use in France 934640-051

The keyboard comes together with the whole top cover. You will not find instructions in the manual for replacement. The keyboard/top cover is a resudual part meaning you completely disassemble the laptop, removing the motherboard, etc. and the top cover is what you have left. Also, the part is going to be very expensive. We can work with you to explain but I wanted to be sure you understood what is involved.

Hi

On mine (Envy X360 15) it seems that the keys are detachable, I can pull out the "space" key and see it's mounted on edges.

Can HP service procide me with set of keys for French language ?

Tks

No. There is no packet of keys and different language keyboards have slightly different shapes and sizes of some keys so you cannot turn an English keyboard to French just by swapping keypads.

Dear Huffer

Thanks for trying but your answer is contradicting an HP service employee here in the forum who stated that this is possible (fyi the French keyboard and the German kb are absolutely identical in keys dimensions, and this is the 2nd time you are providing a totally wrong assessment to my question, as the keys are clipped and yes they can be changed). I do understand you are trying to help, but i need an HP customer service employeee to reply me

Can HP supply me with the French keys to replace my German kb on a x360 15

I checked your posts under this screen name and I do not see where any HP Service employee has responded but maybe you are posting under multiple screen names. If you have the attention of an HP employee I will leave you to their attentions. Good luck.

Again your post did not provide any solution, ! stop it !

Hello HP community

Does anyone has experience with changing snap on keys to modify a envy x360 15 kb layout?  And knows where I can buy the keys and eventually has a tutorial on how to do this properly ? Does HP sells such keys set as I saw in a different post and where to but it on the hp site?  Tks
