Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i do have a hp laptop Pavilion DV6, running with Win10 (64 bit), 16GB working memory and an old 500GB seagate HDD. Bios Version F.12

I want to replace the HHD with a Skandisk SSD Plus 1TB.

I cloned the HHD  with SALCAR Disk station to SDD.

When installed the SSD and start the laptop the system answers with a blue screen with the following error code:

Kernel Data Image error - cause win32kfull.sys

After new start getting the code "Inaccessable boot device" or "unexpected store exception"

How can I solve this problem?

Also I wanted to change to WIN 11. Checking the compatibility getting the reply that TPM version 2.0 is required. But there is no TPM2.0 to enable in Bios.

Are there any bios-update to solve Problem?

Thanks in advance

Hi:

I would try clean installing W10 on the SSD and see if that works instead.

Your notebook does not have a TPM security device.

A TPM device is hardware, so a BIOS update would not get one to show up.

Your notebook's processor is also not supported for W11.

It needs to be an Intel 8th generation core processor.

Your notebook does not support Secure boot either.

In order to install W11 on your PC, you would have to use one of the hardware check bypass methods to do so.

This one is the easiest to do in my opinion...
