I want to replace the keyboard of a probook 650 g4 but I do not know how to release the small white lock of the ribbon backlight cable. Can you help me out?

Item 5 on p. 51 of the Service Manual here:
The ribbon cable comes in from the left and plugs in to what is called a zif (zero insertion force) cable connection which runs perpendicular to the width of the keyboard north and south. There will be a hinged clip that locks in the width of the cable and you pry up on it from the left and it hinges up and to the right and pull cable out and to the left. Be careful as it is easy to knock the zif connector out of its hinge points and break the retaining clip.
This gives you a general idea how a zif cable works. Good luck.
