Hello, I would like to buy a used HP Pavilion x360 13-u113nl notebook, with 128 gb ssd m2, I would like to replace it with a larger one. It's possible? or is the m2 integrated into the motherboard? I googled but can't find the right answer? You can help me?

The laptop came with 8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB). There are two slots, supporting a maximum of 16gb (2 x 8 GB). HP's part number for this is 820570-005, but you only need to buy something with matching specs to fill the other slot - another 8 GB DDR4-2133 SODIMM should be fine.
Please look at the PDF/Guide that I linked - page number 58 (66 in PDF) will show you how to get to the memory - it's behind a little shield. You might be able to find a guide in your language if you look at the first link and look for your language in the drop-down menu.

M.2 SSDs are not integrated into the motherboard - they look like a stick of gum and they plug into a slot. This should be upgradeable, but obviously you'll have to be confident in taking the laptop apart.
Look on this page for the maintenance and service guide:

This guide says on page number 3 (page 11 of pdf) that the 13-u113nl has "Storage Support for M.2 SATA". This means that you cannot buy an NVME M.2 SSD - the port will be keyed specifically for SATA and an NVME drive will not fit. However, you can buy a cheaper, slower M.2 SATA SSD (SATA 3 supports 6 Gigabit speeds, meaning real world SSD performance of of max 550MByte/s). You'll find the instructions in the above manual.
According to p29 (37 in pdf):
You will need the following tools to complete the removal and replacement procedures:
● Flat-bladed screwdriver
● Magnetic screwdriver
● Phillips P0 and P1 screwdrivers

Thanks for the reply, the notebook has arrived and I confirm that the m2 sata ssd can be replaced. I would also like to increase the ram to 16 gb, but I can't find the slot. Maybe it's built into the motherboard? Thanks for any response. Sorry for the english, but i use google translate
