the motherboard failed in this laptop , I ordered a used one on Ebay I have checked to be sure it is the right board and part numbers match exact. I receive a message on start up that the product information is not valid with the following product information is missing or invalid.
system board (00a) - product name
system board ( 00a ) -product configuration
system board (00a) - product serial number
system board (00a) - product number
system board (00a) - product family
enter to continue startup
I can continue startup and everything runs normal is there a way to add this information to the BIOS or a way to bypass this message
thank you
