Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-ap012dx (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a 2016 Spectre X360 convertible. Upon starting, a message appeared that the batery was weak. HP part store does not sell these batteries, neither does Best Buy. Where can I purchase one. I live in Pennsylvania.  Thanks

The battery part number and description you need is:

 

831731-850
ASSY-BATT 3C 64WHr 5.68Ah PG03064XL-PL

 

As you indicated, HP does not sell the battery.

 

HP Parts Store - HP Computer Parts - HP Printer Parts - Compaq Parts

 

I recommend that you do a search on Amazon or eBay by the HP part number for the battery and find a compatible battery for your notebook that way.
