Product: HP HS04 NOTEBOOK BATTERY
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a new battery from amazon. After some time (15-20 days) battery got fully charged but when plugged off laptop get off after few moments i.e. within one minute, laptop switched  off . it a new battery purchased 20 days ago. I try to contact HP toll free numbers but  there is no any option regarding my issue and  to talk with customer care agent. Please suggest me what to do?

If you bought the battery from amazon it is a third party vendor and your claim should be made through the seller.
