speaker There is an abnormal sound coming from the built-in speakers. I have confirmed that the issue occurs regardless of external audio deviceswhite screen  Occasionally, the screen turns completely white, indicating a possible hardware defect. This issue occurs even during startup/BIOS screen, suggesting it is not software-related.
I have documented both issues with videos and photos for your reference. I kindly request guidance on the next steps to repair or replace the affected hardware under my warranty. Please advise how to proceed, including whether I should visit an authorized service center or schedule a pickup for service.
