Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15t-cn100 CTO

I need a new battery, but repair shop tells me only HP can replace it and I cannot find any information on HP support on what to do on getting it replaced. My HP ENVY x360 - 15t-cn100 CTO is out of warranty.
