I have an HP Pavillion gaming 15- ec 1051AX
my keycaps have broken so I have thought of getting a spare laptop keyboard
now the problem is I am not able to find any keyboard compatible with this laptop
are there any other laptops with the same keyboard model?

The serious problem is that the keyboard is not a replacement part by itself. It is included with the whole top cover. See p. 17 and 18 of the Manual here, part #2.
Also see p. 62 which says:
Keyboard/top cover The top cover with keyboard remains after removing all other spared parts from the computer.
So to replace the keyboard you must buy a new top cover (expensive) then tear down the computer by removing all the removeable parts and then rebuild it in reverse onto the new top cover. Big job not for anyone but an experienced laptop technician who would charge a lot to do it. But if you wish to proceed, the Manual tells how to do it over many pages and we could likely find you a top cover to buy. Good luck.
