I am requesting your immediate assistance with an unresolved service case involving my HP laptop.
 
Model: HP 14-ep1014nj

The laptop repeatedly shuts down and restarts by itself. HP sent a technician to my home who replaced internal components. However, the issue was not resolved, and the malfunction returned within approximately two weeks and has since worsened.
 
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through local support, I currently have a defective device that cannot be used reliably. Additionally, no service report was provided by the technician, so I am unable to reference the part numbers replaced.
 
This case has now been ongoing for over two months without a proper resolution.

Hello Garp,

Please forward you personal email so I can share info,

After a visit of another HP Service person, the problem still remains. 

So far mother board,  ram, battery, hard disc had been charged. 

3 times downloading of windows 11

2 times bios update 

4 IDR taken,

But nothing change,

Computer Restart after few minutes of any works
