Hello Garp,
Please forward you personal email so I can share info,
After a visit of another HP Service person, the problem still remains.
So far mother board, ram, battery, hard disc had been charged.
3 times downloading of windows 11
2 times bios update
4 IDR taken,
But nothing change,
Computer Restart after few minutes of any works
