hp zhan pro 66 g2
Linux
My HP laptop Zhan pro 66 g2 (same model of probook 440 g6~g7) has ubuntu installed for working purpose. while without the DPTF framework working, hp zhan pro 66 g2 will quickly (in 10 secs)hit the 10 watts power limit, instead of the 17 watts Power LImit in the MS OS windows 10. BIos options including DPTF enable/disable has tried and were no use. Noticing that the ##high performance mode## update for zhan pro 66 g1 may help this, Requesting high performance mode for laptop zhan pro 66 g2 .

Sorry no one has replied, but that is probably because we are not equipped here to provide any Linux support.

Your best approach would be to contact the support forum for the Linux distro you are using, as folks there will be experienced with hardware issues and how to address them.

Good Luck
