HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-cd0087tu
Product no - 4NL42PA#ACJ
Elsewhere in this forum i have posted that my keyboard and mouse are not available ever when i boot my laptop on ac power or battery power. It IS NOT a software/driver issue and even HP engineers in authorized service centres in Mumbai are unable to figure out the problem.
It seems that there could be a problem with my Gyro sensor and the laptop is stuck permanently in tablet mode from start up..
This is why i need more info on this component ...
Is this a replaceable component unit?
If it has indeed malfunctioned would the entire MB have to be replaced?
Does it get connected with one of those ribbon cables?
How can i get to know its availability?
Thank you
