Hello
I wanna use factory rest on my Hp laptop pavilion dv6-6000, I have recovery disks (three disks). Starting with disk one and when iI put all 3 disks on my device; the process of installing is finished, after disk 3 it says put media disk and click on continue.
I don't know which of these 3 disks are media, that's why when pc wants to install default apps after 60 percent of installing an error appears and I can complete the rest factory.
How can I solve this problem?

Hi @bahram2311
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
To better assist you - Can you send us a screenshot of the screen asking you to enter the "Media Disk"?
If you have an option to skip, please click on "Skip" and continue with the process.
To know more, refer to System recovery using HP supplied recovery media
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi
thanks for your response.
When the rest factory's instillation is finished comes this message
and when I click on continue my notebook dose restart but this message appears "please insert media disk" I don't know which of these 3 disks are media?
and some time (maybe once in a blue moon) rest factory goes to this step:
but after about 70 percent of installing, it stops and an error based on CMD command appears. How can I solve these problems?

This could be an issue with the recovery media. I'm afraid you'll need a new set of recovery media. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding this, they should be able to help.
Thanks!
