Hi. I got my spectre from warranty repair around a month ago and now the display is having roughness in some parts of the screen(again). There are no scratches whatsoever and you can feel it under a stylus. Am I doing something wrong, or am I out of luck? After every use of the touch display, I wipe it with soft and dry microfiber cloth.

After having received it about a month ago and just now saying something about it, instead of after you got it back and inspected and used it, would seem to remove any fault of "roughness" of the screen from the repair.
I am saying that in a devil's advocate fashion and not assigning any blame.
"display is having roughness in some parts of the screen(again)." What exactly does that mean?

I have inspected it, when I got it back from warranty it didn't have this issue.
The display roughness as I described it means that when using a stylus, the writing on that spot of display feels like writing with normal pen on sand paper. Writing on that spot where it is coarse is harder, and you can hear the stylus rubbing against the glass significantly more than on the rest of the display. I tried to clean it with microfiber cloth, but it didn't help.

"I have inspected it, when I got it back from warranty it didn't have this issue."
That would seem to mean that there is something in the environment where you are using the laptop that has caused the issue.
There is no simple fix for what you have described that would resolve that, aside from replacing the display.
