Is it possible to upgrade RAM from 8 Gb to 16 Gb for the HP ENVY 13-ba1024nf ( french model) ? How much RAM slots has this PC ?

Hi:

 

According to the specs for that model, the memory is onboard (soldered to the motherboard), and cannot be upgraded.

Below is the link to the service manual.  If you look at chapter 5, there is no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
