How is what possible?
That Windows 11 is installed on your PC?
There are oodles of workarounds out there for how to bypass Microsoft's W11 hardware checks to install W11 on unsupported PC's.
None of them require any BIOS hacks, mods, or whatever.
You don't even need to go into the BIOS to do these workarounds.
I have done that to my 12 or so HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that don't meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.
Now that your PC has W11 installed, you will have to join the club and use one of the W11 bypass tricks to update from W11 23H2 to W11 24H2 and right now on a notebook as old as yours that doesn't support secure boot, this is the only way I know of to do an in-place upgrade from W11 23H2 to W11 24H2 when Microsoft releases the 24H2 version to the public in September or October.

No PC's that don't meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements get an automatic update to the next build of W11 that is released once a year in the Fall by Microsoft.

Actually, that's not my PC, which is why I asked the question. I have an HP 6460B with an i5-2520M, I do have an i5-3230M and I tested on my 6460B. However, after replacing the i5-2520M with the i5-3230M, it wouldn’t even boot.
