Have a Envy x360 laptop that has been treated with the upmost care. This morning, I noticed the lower left part of the screen is disconnecting from the case. Looked on the forums and turns out several users have the same issue. I called customer support and the only solution to a design flaw is to send my laptop in for $450 to be "diagnosed". Shame on you, HP. I would expect a company to stand behind their products, not tell their customers they mistreated their product.

Hi @kmul1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
