ok so i have an hp pavilian notebook i have the serial number i need to get in contact with customer support to get my labtop fixed but the serial number i entered from the labtop its self wont work. please help

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the HP unit's serial number via private message!

 

Could you please share an image of the serial number printed on the laptop, along with a screenshot of the serial number from the information page (accessed by pressing the key combination Fn + Esc)?
