I have been trying to contact HP re the problems I have with the very sharp edges on my 800ROEA Laptop
After very little time using, the edges dig into my hands making them sore making it impossible to continue using
I tried to return / replace with another 36days after purchase and technical have said not something they can help with. BNut I do think this is a problem HP should at least look at

Well an HP employee got back to me and said there was nothing to be done from their end so it looks like I will have to take an angle grinder to the case to try and make it usable as the edges are so sharp as to make it so uncomfortable
This is a poor solution to an £800.00 Laptop, Well I say "Laptop" but it can not be used as such, and has to go on a desk with a palm rest
All because I did not report the issue within 30 days but after 36 days
Even if the exchanged this for a different model I would be happy
