hello all hop you are fine … i have ran short drive test and and long drive test and it failed  as in the picture .i did it because my pc taking so long too start up   about (7-10) minutes … please help!  and this is the error code i got 

(  PLW61X-A0UA3J-XD7UQ1-61D013 )

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.

 

For Windows 7 and Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

And how about formatting  and factory REST ?

Also ,is it possible to change HDD to SDD  ?
