im frustrated with HP. i spent 730.00 on a new pavilian .360 in '18 and the skin is busted above the hindge and the charging port plastic above the hold has broke off not being able to keep my adapter snug.. unbelievable.
of course it's out of warranty and my unit has never been dropped or banged around. How much to repair this? i'm on ssa and money is tight.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
This seems like a hardware related issue with the charging port, in order to fix this computer needs to be repaired. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the out of warranty service options. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
