HP Recommended

Hi, I have a HP 240 8G and I like to play games on it as well as do my work. Lately I've noticed that the keyboard has an incredibly slow response rate (I press a key and the action is only executed after a second, I press a key for a second and on my game it acts like its been pressed for 5 seconds, etc). I've tried troubleshooting it a few times but it always says everything is fine. I've also tried to desinstall my keyboard driver, upgrade it and check for hardware changes but nothing works. No settings that delay the reaction time are on either like filter keys etc. Also, my friends who use the same laptop model all have the same problem as me and it all started around the same time. Could you see if theres anything I can do to fix this issue?
