Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-eu1000 (4V9Q2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Both the original and a backup power supply cord sparked when plugging into the laptop.  A puff of smoke results.  Windows 11 apparently has moved my files from the laptop  to OneDrive.  A hard drive backup created using the remaining power has only links.  A replacement laptop cannot access the files from the backup.
