Hi @gaurav281292,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that  you're experiencing issues where certain keys on your HP keyboard, such as Delete, Esc, G, and H, are not functioning, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the problem

Restart Your Computer:

  • Simply restarting your computer can sometimes resolve keyboard issues.

Test with Another Keyboard:

  • Connect a different keyboard to your computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with your keyboard or computer.

Update or Reinstall Keyboard Driver:

  • Go to Device Manager in Windows.
  • Locate "Keyboards," right-click your keyboard driver, and select "Update Driver."
  • If updating does not work, you might try "Uninstall." Then restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.

Run Keyboard Diagnostics:

  • Download and run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
  • Navigate to Component Tests > Input Devices > Keyboard Test to identify any hardware issues

Take care and have an amazing day!
